BREAKERBOX+
Every big move begins with a period of silence. BreakerBox+ draws a box around a stock that has gone quiet, grades how long it has been coiling, and calls the clean close out of it, with the stop under the box and four targets stacked above it.
Let me open with a question.
What if you could see the quiet before the move, and have the box already drawn for you?
Not chasing a green candle that's already up 8%. Not buying the top of a spike because everyone's talking about it. Getting in at the moment the stock walks out of its range, with the plan already on the chart.
Breakouts like these, every one of them dated:
- AUG 27 · MSTR BreakerBox Buy at $133.85 (1-hour, low quality box) — the Extreme target at $163.49, +22% in 25 days
- SEP 17 · PLTR BreakerBox Buy at $177.30 (1-hour, low quality box) — the Extreme target at $206.50, +16% in 22 days
- SEP 18 · ARM BreakerBox Buy at $275.73 (1-hour, low quality box) — the Extreme target at $315.37, +14% in 2 trading hours
I know that might sound too good to be true. So let me tell you who I am, and then I'll walk you through one, the same three phases our team uses every week.

My name is Ben. I've been part of building trading tools for close to a decade, me and a really great team: TriTrader+, MagniZone, the Morning Power Hour system, OCP, EFC, 5 Candle Master, Green Light Options and others thousands of traders have used.
Our options team has over 20 years of combined experience in the trenches. And this is the breakout pattern our whole team keeps coming back to: the box.
Here's what you're going to see in this briefing:
- The secret of the box: why a quiet chart is storing energy.
- MSTR on August 27, in three phases: the range, the breakout, the targets.
- The four box colours, and what each one tells you.
- The three filters that throw out the fakeouts.
- What we tested, and the only setups we call because of it.
- How often it happens: in the last 30 days BreakerBox+ Live called 157 breakouts on 134 different stocks and ETFs.
The secret of the box
Markets breathe in and breathe out. When a stock is trending hard, it is breathing out. When it goes sideways, it is breathing in.
When a chart moves sideways, it is storing up energy. Big accounts are quietly building positions without pushing the price too far either way. They keep it trapped between a ceiling and a floor.
BreakerBox+ draws a box around that trapped energy. The longer price stays in the box, the more energy it stores. The box tells you exactly where the boundaries are, and exactly where you're wrong.
The August 27 breakout, in three phases
MSTR on the 1-hour chart. The box:
Every good breakout starts with a resting period. MSTR went sideways for 13 candles, with a ceiling at $128.31 and a floor at $120.90. BreakerBox+ checks the stock's normal volatility to confirm the box is really tight, and grades it by how long it has coiled: this one is a low quality box.
We don't do anything yet. We wait.
On August 27 a candle closed
To avoid getting tricked by a spike, it waits for the candle to close above a small buffer over the box, in the top of its range, above the 50 EMA, without a big gap. Then it's confirmed.
The stop sits under the box. The four targets are the box's own height stacked up from the entry: Conservative, Moderate, Aggressive and Extreme.
And then…
MSTR went sideways for 13 1-hour candles, boxed in between $120.90 and $128.31: a low quality box. On August 27 a candle closed clean above it at $133.85 and BreakerBox+ Live called the BreakerBox Buy. It worked up through the targets to the Extreme one, $163.49 in 25 days: +22% on the stock.
Having the levels mapped before the move keeps the trade calm. You know where you are wrong, and you know where the money is.
The same call on our own chart:
Watch it happen, candle by candle
Every call in BreakerBox+ Live has a Replay. Press play: the box, the breakout, the targets and the stop, and how it ended.
Real calls, played from their own candles.
The problem with a noisy market
Trading without structure leaves you open to every trap and false breakout out there. If you don't know where the real boundaries are, you're guessing.
Traders who jump into a stock that is already moving end up buying the top. They let the noise pick their entry, and they have no idea where their stop should go.
The box fixes both. It tells you where the move starts, and where you are wrong.
The four box colours
Every box is graded right on the chart by how long price has been resting. The longer the rest, the more energy behind the break.
24 or more candles of tight coiling. Maximum compression: the most stored energy.
20 or more candles. A strong, steady base.
16 or more candles. A solid, standard base.
An early break, before a big base has built. Low quality does not mean a bad setup; it means take profit early.
A
XOM went sideways for 33 1-hour candles, boxed in between $161.42 and $164.82: a prime box. On October 6 a candle closed clean above it at $165.71 and BreakerBox+ Live called the BreakerBox Buy. It worked up through the targets to the Extreme one, $179.31 in 14 days: +8.2% on the stock.
A
Microsoft went sideways for 21 1-hour candles, boxed in between $478.54 and $487.87: a high quality box. On August 24 a candle closed clean above it at $489.35 and BreakerBox+ Live called the BreakerBox Buy. It worked up through the targets to the Extreme one, $526.67 in 42 days: +7.6% on the stock.
Three filters against the fakeouts
Auto-tune.
The box adapts to the chart: 10 candles inside 3 ATRs on the daily, 3.5 on the 1-hour and 4-hour. A box is tight for that stock, not for some fixed number.
The trend.
A buy has to close above the 50 EMA. Breaking out against the bigger trend is how most breakouts fail.
A strong close.
The breakout candle has to close in the top 30% of its range, at least 0.3 ATR over the box.
No wild gap.
A break that gaps too far from the last close is blocked. Gaps are where the traps are.
A break that fails a filter is blocked and the chart rests for 15 candles. One trade per chart at a time.
We tested it. Here is what we call.
Here's something most indicator sellers won't tell you.
We ran BreakerBox on ten years of daily charts and two years of 1-hour and 4-hour charts, built it on the older years and checked it on the most recent stretch it had never seen.
The buys on the daily and 1-hour charts made money in both stretches. So those are the calls. The 4-hour buys didn't hold up, and the sells lost on every timeframe, so they're drawn on your charts for context, never called. We only want the best setups.
We tested the shortcuts too: taking half off at the first target, a nearer final target, a time limit. Holding to the Extreme target, the script's own plan, beat them all. That also means some trades take a while, and some hit the stop first. Every one of them stays on the record.
The receipts
More breakouts. Every one of these is a real BreakerBox+ call, dated, on our own charts.

Still not convinced? Good. Here's the last month.
Every BreakerBox+ call that reached its Extreme target in the last 4 weeks, on the day it broke out:
Read the empty days too. Some weeks nothing coils long enough, and some breakouts hit the stop: that's what the stop is for. In the last 90 days, 95 calls reached the Extreme target and 236 hit the stop.
The newest breakout
As I write this, GDX is an open BreakerBox Buy from $83.95, called Oct 28. It is one of 102 BreakerBox+ trades open right now.

The questions I'd ask before buying this
What does it call?
Buys on the 1-hour charts, the ones that held up in testing. Sells and the 4-hour are drawn on your charts, never called.
Do I need a paid TradingView account?
No. The TradingView indicator works on the free plan. And BreakerBox+ Live runs in your members area, nothing to install.
Will I get alerts?
The TradingView indicator has a full alert suite: set it to notify you when a box breaks, with the entry, the stop and all four targets.
How long do trades last?
Until the Extreme target or the stop. A 1-hour trade can take days; a daily trade can take weeks or months.
Does every breakout work?
No. Some hit the stop, which is why there is one under every box. This page shows the best ones; the record keeps all of them.
I already own BreakerBox. Do I need this?
No. It is already in your members area. This page is for traders who do not have it yet.
Is this a subscription?
No. $247 once, lifetime access. No monthly or yearly charges.
What if it's not for me?
Use BreakerBox+ for 14 days. If it is not for you, ask through Support in your dashboard and you get every penny back. No questions asked.
Two versions of the next breakout
Somewhere this week a stock will go quiet. It will sit in a tight range for days while nobody pays attention. Then one candle will close clean above it.
In one version, you find it after it has run, and you chase it with no idea where your stop goes.
In the other, the box was already drawn on your chart, the targets were stacked above it, and you were in on the close.
Every big move begins with a period of silence. BreakerBox+ draws the box around it.
